Floor plans are usually the first thing people ask us for, and for good reason. A price only makes sense once you can picture the home behind it.
Phase 1 of L&T Aravista has four layouts: a 3 BHK and a 4 BHK, each in two collections. Majesta is the standard plan and Luxuria is the roomier one. Here’s how they line up.

What every plan has in common
- A wide deck facing the central greens, big enough to actually sit out on
- Storage and a utility area, so the washing machine doesn’t end up in the kitchen
- Only four homes per core, served by seven lifts, so lobbies stay quiet
Carpet area or super area?
This one catches a lot of people out. The sizes above are approximate and may be super area, which includes your share of lobbies, lifts and walls. Carpet area is the floor you can actually walk on, and it’s what RERA requires developers to state. When you compare plans, or compare Aravista with another project, always compare carpet area with carpet area.

- How deep is the deck, and which rooms open onto it?
